Nayelly Barrios

Nayelly was one of the first members (before Angry Tias & Abuelas of the Rio Grande Valley existed) to go to the international bridge when she learned that there were asylum seekers stranded there, not allowed to cross.  While bringing food, water and other essentials to the refugees, Nayelly met other helping women who eventually banded together as Angry Tias & Abuelas.  Nayelly supports the group’s social media communication needs, and she speaks to interested volunteer groups on behalf of Angry Tias & Abuelas.
